This is a charter version with 2 aft double cabins and 2 forward triple cabins (1 double bed with a single above), plus 1 cabin (forward) for the skipper. Each cabin offers an independent head compartment.
The galley combines privacy for efficient food preparation, with direct access to the dining area. The standard galley consists of a refrigerator, a freezer and a gimbaled gas oven - cooker. Excellent light and ventilation in the saloon and cabins are ensured by a sufficient number of hatches and portholes.

Functional Innovative Deck Layout
The deck layout on the charter OCEAN STAR 51.1 includes a teak covered sunbathing area, cockpits and extremely wide side-decks, as well as hatches and fittings located prudently to ensure easy and safe circulation on deck.
The large guest cockpit offers space for 8 people around a standard table. The autonomous crew cockpit has twin mechanical steering positions, direct access to all winches, and functional process to the side decks by the stern, without annoying the guests.
